Michael is really a corporate and commercial lawyer with 20 years’ experience of UK and global business. His early career included Several years working in-house with a major UK plc (GKN), advising on transactions and joint ventures in the united kingdom, Europe, PRC, and also the Far East, in industries as diverse as Defence, Automotive, Light Industrial and Services. In his late twenties he formed section of the team that started the UK office of Dorsey & Whitney, leading US M&A law practice. He made partner as part of his early thirties and grew the firm’s investment capital practice, acting for clients including Deutsche Bank, Intel Capital, Orange Ventures and Motorola Ventures, in addition to retaining his commercial practice with clients from Cisco to Jim Henson.
